All PRICES QUOTED ARE IN SINGAPORE DOLLARS

PAYMENT
All sales are based on a first come first served basis.

We accept Payment via Fund transfer (within Singapore only). Fund transfer
the total payment to the following account—POSB SAVINGS: 145-02698-9

Payment via PayPal is accepted (Locally & Overseas), for those who wants
to enjoy both security and reliability. Terms & Conditions of PayPal applies.
A email will be sent to you for Paypal payment.

SHIPPING
All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Singapore (normal postage): 
Free (accept bulky items exceeding 2 kg;
there will be a charge of $9.15). 

Registered mail at $2.25 is strongly encouraged. If you are opting for registered mail,
please add registered postage fees to the item price. (We will not be held
responsible for loss/damage of normal mails.)

Allow 5 Business Days for your item/s to be delivered.*

Overseas: Postage fee will be charged. (Postage fee varies from place to place).

Allow up to 6 – 14 days for your item/s to be delivered. (For International delivery
depending on your local post office traffic or during festive seasons,
allow additional 10 days for your item(s) to arrived)*

* Please let me know via email when your package has arrived! This helps me keep my shipping

CUSTOM-MADE ORDER
Custom-made orders are possible please look out for the custom made indication
beside the product. For enquiry contact us at: clocloz@hotmail.com

Custom-made order items requires up to 16 Business days for delivery (locally)
21 Business days (Overseas). [For International delivery depending on your local
post office traffic or during festive seasons, allow additional 10 days for
your item(s) to arrived]

OUR RETURN POLICY
All  goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In the event
of a defect in a product, please contact us directly at: clocloz@hotmail.com

There will be no cancellations once the order is made and confirmed by the customer.
Payment will be refunded if stocks run out.
